The drywall partition is truly a wall system consisting of metal studs and tracks that are encased in plasterboard or cement board. the drywall is attached to each other on either side-drilling drywall screws, the joints are taped and finished with gypsum jointing compound to give an extra smooth surface. Partition is more predominant for commercial purposes, especially in offices, hospitals, hotels, banks, studios, and other places.

 

Cladding

Is a system for covering the internal surface of a building, thus, wall or ceiling. Plasterboard is attached to the internal faces creating a smooth surface such that paint can be applied directly. It’s very suitable for studios due to its sound reduction properties.
